Design Notes.

When it comes to drawing Chi, most things are okay!
The most important parts to remember are my cat ears, tail, and wings!
The size of the wings can be adjusted, especially for chibi / SD drawings~
Counting ears and heels, Chi is 4'11" (149cm). Not counting them, she is 4'7" (140cm).
